Polite way to tell someone not to go out of their way for you. Can also be used to decline help graciously.

No se moleste, yo puedo hacerlo solo.

Don't trouble yourself, I can do it on my own.

—¿Le traigo algo más? —No se moleste, gracias.

—Can I bring you anything else? —Don't bother, thank you.

No se moleste en acompañarme, ya sé dónde es.
