Notes & Usage:

Used to introduce an important qualification or exception to what was just said. Adds a 'but' without using pero. Very natural in everyday speech.

Puedes venir. Eso sí, tienes que avisar antes.

You can come. Mind you, you have to let us know in advance.

El piso es pequeño. Eso sí, está muy bien ubicado.

The flat is small. That said, it's very well located.
