Sorry? / What? / Pardon?
The most natural way to ask someone to repeat something. ¿Cómo? = sorry/pardon. More polite than ¿Qué? alone, though both are used.
—Juan called you. —Sorry? I didn't hear you.
Pardon? Can you repeat that?
—They got married. —What? Seriously?
